• 4/17- Strata Clean Energy broke ground on a 150-MW energy storage project in Maricopa County, under a tolling agreement with Arizona Public Service.

Colorado

• 4/20- Platte River Power Authority has signed an agreement with NextEra Energy to develop a 100-MW battery energy storage system.

• 4/18- Pueblo County residents campaigned for a renewable energy park, rather than nuclear, to replace a closing coal plant.

• 4/18- Goodwill of New Mexico launched a new clean jobs workforce training program.

Texas

• 4/21- Spearmint Energy secured over $250 million for two 100-MW BESS projects in Del Rio and Laredo.
