Town Board Meeting Extends Solar Moratorium
September 9, 2024: At the Town Board meeting, the Town of Saratoga extended its moratorium on major solar collection systems through Local Law #3. While acknowledging solar energy's benefits, the Board extended the moratorium from October 8, 2024 to April 8, 2025 to develop appropriate regulations for solar technology integration.
